Refund policy

We offer returns within 30 days of purchase.

In order to be eligible for a return the individual wefts and entire bundle must be in its original binding and packaging.

Upon receipt of your return we will review and inspect that the hair is in its original condition and acceptable for return.  Rejected items will be sent back to you via First Class Mail.  

Please give up to 2 weeks for returns to be accepted or denied.

Return shipping for unused undamaged items must be paid by customer.

In the case of any defect in the hair Meant Beauty will pay for return shipping.
